pkabet Terms & Conditions — Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the pkabet website, creating a pkabet account, or placing any wager on the pkabet platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

Your acceptance of these Terms is effective as of the moment you complete registration of a pkabet account or, if earlier, the moment you first access the pkabet platform. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and pkabet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

pkabet reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment is material, pkabet will endeavour to provide notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the pkabet platform. Continued use of pkabet following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms.

Access to and use of the pkabet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of pkabet. pkabet operates a strict 21+ policy and will require documentary proof of age via valid CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification before processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts or place wagers on pkabet.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pkabet or by any other gaming platform or regulatory body, at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not have had a pkabet account previously suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or abuse of promotional offers.
• Only one account per person, per household, and per device is permitted on pkabet. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

To access the real-money gaming services on pkabet, you must register a pkabet account by completing the registration form on the pkabet website and providing all information requested therein accurately and truthfully.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during the pkabet registration process — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address — is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree to update your account information promptly should any registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkabet login credentials. Any and all activity conducted through your pkabet account using your credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify pkabet immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your pkabet account. pkabet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

pkabet reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where pkabet determines that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 are not or are no longer satisfied.

pkabet is required to operate a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements. Identity verification is mandatory for all pkabet accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

To complete KYC verification on pkabet, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, valid copy of your Pakistani CNIC (both sides), valid Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photographic identification document.
• Proof of Age: pkabet uses the documents above to verify that you are aged 21 or over. The date of birth on your submitted document must confirm compliance with pkabet's 21+ age requirement.
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership: Evidence that the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used to deposit funds into pkabet is registered in your own name — for example, a screenshot of the relevant mobile wallet account details page showing your registered name and mobile number.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, particularly for accounts that have deposited significant PKR amounts, pkabet may require documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds used for gaming activity.

pkabet will process KYC documentation submissions within 3–5 business days of receipt of all required documents. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the initial request may result in account restriction or closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account at that time.

pkabet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited on pkabet.

The minimum deposit amount on pkabet is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed on the pkabet deposits page at the time of each transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pkabet account within 2–10 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit, subject to the processing timelines of the relevant Pakistani bank.

pkabet does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or the relevant bank) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms and conditions, over which pkabet has no control.

pkabet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit to the account, subject to the payment method's technical capacity to receive return transfers. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pkabet is Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits are displayed on the pkabet withdrawals page. Accounts that have completed full KYC verification are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.

pkabet's target processing time for withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts is 15–60 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. These target processing times are subject to payment system availability and may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts where additional verification is required.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification before processing commences.
• Any active Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be completed before the corresponding portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• pkabet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are under investigation.
• Where a withdrawal is returned to pkabet by the receiving payment provider, pkabet will credit the returned amount to your pkabet account balance and notify you via your registered contact details.

pkabet offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the pkabet website. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus terms that apply to all pkabet promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per device. pkabet actively monitors for duplicate account bonus abuse and will void bonus credits and close accounts where such abuse is detected.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be removed from the account without compensation.
• pkabet reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer at any time, to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion on reasonable notice, and to disqualify any User from any promotion where pkabet determines that the User is exploiting the promotion in bad faith.
• Bonuses may only be claimed using the payment method designated in the relevant promotion where applicable. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are eligible for all standard pkabet welcome promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Free spin winnings are subject to a maximum conversion cap where stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings above the stated cap will not be retained.

All casino games, live dealer tables, and slot titles available on pkabet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcome of every game on pkabet is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by pkabet or any third party. Published RTP rates for slot titles represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

Sports betting markets on pkabet — including cricket, PSL, international football, UFC, and all other sports — are settled in accordance with the market-specific rules published on the relevant market on the pkabet sportsbook. In the event that official match results are revised or an event is abandoned, pkabet will apply the standard settlement rules for the relevant sport as published in the pkabet Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• All wagers placed on pkabet are final once confirmed. pkabet does not cancel confirmed wagers except where explicitly provided for in the pkabet Sportsbook Rules or game-specific rules.
• pkabet reserves the right to void any wager that was placed based on manifestly incorrect odds or market information, or where the integrity of the event or game is in question.
• In-play betting markets on cricket and other sports events are settled based on the state of play at the point the market closes, unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game titles on pkabet. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface before a wager is confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkabet platform. Any User found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all winnings voided, and all or part of their account balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Registering more than one pkabet account, whether under the same name, a different name, or using any other identity or device;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with pkabet;
• Using pkabet for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial means to interact with the pkabet platform, including for the purpose of exploiting promotions or completing wagering requirements;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the pkabet platform, including claiming winnings generated as a result of any such bug or error;
• Colluding with other players on pkabet, including in live dealer games or sports betting markets, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of advantage play, including but not limited to card counting on live dealer blackjack tables, where such conduct is contrary to the fair use of the pkabet platform;
• Attempting to access another User's pkabet account without authorisation;
• Using a VPN or other technology to misrepresent your location or jurisdiction in a manner that circumvents pkabet's eligibility requirements.

pkabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all registered Users. pkabet acknowledges that gambling can be addictive and that a minority of players may develop difficulties with gambling that negatively affect their lives and the lives of those around them.

pkabet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, accessible directly from the account dashboard under the Responsible Gaming settings tab:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in PKR that restrict the maximum amount they may deposit to their pkabet account within the relevant period. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum duration for each gaming session on pkabet, after which they will automatically be logged out.
• Reality Checks: Users may configure periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and their net win or loss for that session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their pkabet account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, login to the account is disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion from the pkabet platform. A permanent self-exclusion request results in the closure of the User's pkabet account and a lifetime ban on re-registration. pkabet will also take reasonable steps to block the User from accessing the pkabet platform via existing sessions. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, pkabet strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available in your account settings and to seek assistance from professional gambling support services.

pkabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pkabet account at any time and without prior notice where pkabet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account has been used for or in connection with any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• The User has failed to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified;
• The User is or may be under the age of 21;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the pkabet platform or to other Users;
• Responsible gaming concerns relating to the account warrant intervention, including where a User has requested self-exclusion.

Users may request voluntary closure of their pkabet account at any time by contacting pkabet support. Where an account is voluntarily closed with a positive real-money balance, pkabet will process a withdrawal of the available balance to the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the pkabet platform — including but not limited to the pkabet brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional materials, website design, source code, and all written content — is the intellectual property of pkabet or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

pkabet grants registered Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkabet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any pkabet content without prior written permission from pkabet.

Any unauthorised use of pkabet's intellectual property — including but not limited to the pkabet brand name or logo — may constitute an infringement of pkabet's intellectual property rights and will be acted upon accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the pkabet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gaming sessions resulting from technical issues beyond pkabet's reasonable control.

pkabet's total liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of connected claims arising from or in connection with the User's use of the pkabet platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that User to their pkabet account in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

pkabet does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful code. pkabet takes reasonable technical precautions to maintain platform availability and security but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or in connection with your use of the pkabet platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkabet holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and pkabet arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pkabet platform, you agree to first contact pkabet's customer support team via the live chat facility on the pkabet website to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pkabet will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first contact, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by pkabet's international gaming license authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution service are available by contacting pkabet customer support.

pkabet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects your rights or obligations as a pkabet User in a meaningful way — pkabet will provide at least 14 days' advance notice of the change via your registered email address or a prominent notice displayed on the pkabet platform upon login.

Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by changes in applicable law — may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication on the pkabet website.

The version and effective date of the current Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. Your continued use of the pkabet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
